We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, except for defective goods as required by law.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless incorrect or defective:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Opened hygiene-related products
  • Digital goods once download/activation has begun

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If the received product is defective, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately. We may request photos for verification.

6. Shipping Time

Please note that shipping times vary depending on your region. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time: 7–30 days.

International orders or customs delays may extend delivery up to 30 days. This timeframe is normal for international logistics.

If your package has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will assist you with tracking, locating, or replacing your order.

After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.

We refund your original standard shipping fee (if paid). Express or premium delivery upgrades are not refundable.
